March 9, 2023This country has faced, and largely overcome, significant challenges with racial discrimination. Some of our country’s greatest heroes gave their lives, both literally and figuratively, to advancing the cause of equality for all in this land of freedom and opportunity. As Martin Luther King powerfully said, “I have a dream that my four little children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin but by the content of their character.” But the Left wants us to forget all the sacrifices made in this nation to advance racial equality, and return to a system where everyone is judge primarily by the color of their skin. This is not in the best interest of America nor the American people. In fact, it is itself racist. And this ad speaks to that.
If you thought this ad is more hyperbole than reality, you should know that the Supreme Court is currently considering a case involving Harvard and the University of North Carolina intentionally discriminating against qualified (and sometimes more qualified) white and Asian Americans, in the misguided name of diversity and equity.

Not only does affirmative action discriminates against whites and Asians, (including my Philippines-born nieces) it also fosters the soft racism of low expectations from blacks. It’s implied that we’re incapable of succeeding on our own merits, so the bar must be lowered in academia and the workplace. Hard working black students and employees should be as insulted by affirmative action as I am. It renders moot, all our dedication and hard work put into what we do.
It’s not racist it’s “anti-racist” which considering racism is technically a vector “anti” just means you change the direction so it is in fact racist against the group that was previously deemed racist.
