August 24, 2022When people think of Utah, they generally think of it being a fairly conservative state. But if you think you’re safe in conservative states or cities, you’re wrong. If you think it isn’t happening in your child’s conservative school, you’re wrong again. Assume it’s happening in your state, your city, your town, and your child’s school, and safeguard your family accordingly. Don’t assume that you and your family are safe just because you don’t live in a Big Blue cesspool. It’s happening everywhere.
The national average age for first exposure to pornography is 11 years old. Now factor in the blatant leftist activism to hyper sexualize children, especially in schools, and that average is likely to drop pretty quickly. If you haven’t already established a relationship of open and trusting communication with your child, you’re already behind the curve. Talk to your kids and establish a relationship of openness and trust so they are learning important things from YOU and coming to YOU with their concerns and questions. Because if you aren’t talking to them, someone else is. It could be friends, library books, Netflix shows, TikTok, or even their teachers.
An Orem, Utah man who is a public school teacher with the Alpine School District was arrested yesterday on two charges including sexual exploitation of a minor and enticing a minor by internet or text.
The father of the 16 year old victim contacted the Orem police regarding sexually explicit messages on the boy’s device. After searching the device, police discovered that some of the explicit messages and pictures were from 32 year old Andrew Walsh. Following a subsequent forensic review of Walsh’s phone, an exchange was discovered revealing that the teen informed Walsh that he is a minor, to which Walsh allegedly responded, “that makes me want you even more.” Messages also included efforts to arrange an in-person meet, and nude images were found on Walsh’s device which allegedly matched the physical description of the teenage victim.
The charging officers asked that Walsh be held without bail in the Utah County Jail due to the easy access he has to children and the position of trust which he holds as a teacher. The Alpine School District provided a statement to ABC on the matter, saying,
“We became aware of an accusation regarding an individual who has been employed in Alpine School District since 2016. We have taken immediate action by placing the employee on administrative leave pending an investigation, and we are working closely with law enforcement.”
The case is being investigated by the Internet Crimes Against Children task force alongside the Attorney General’s Office.

I suspect this will happen more and more often because of how teachers are allowed in most states to discuss sexual matters with children without their parents’ knowledge and how they are introducing students to sexual matters at a very young age. The profession, more so than usual, is going to attract pedophiles from far and wide. Combine that with Frank907’s wife’s experience noted in an earlier comment where teachers’ unions support pedophiles when they are being terminated and it creates a beacon for them to enter the profession.
The perv needs to come out as trans (or other currently-protected class) claiming to be the real victim. The union can then award this degenerate with “Teacher of the Year” honors and pat themselves on the back for another job well done.
Good luck with that. I watched my late wife (superintendent) go through hell trying to fire teachers who were pedophiles and incompetents. The unions lawyered up and defended every one of them, even after they were convicted and in prison.
