Kayleigh McEnany Shuts Down Politico Reporter Who Asks Whether Trump Believes It’s Good the South Lost the Civil War

Chief Washington correspondent for Politico, Ryan Lizza, used his chance to ask questions on behalf of the American public to ask: “Does President Trump believe that it was a good thing that the South lost the Civil War?”

Yes, this idiot just asked if the man elected President of the UNITED (UNION) STATES was happy that the Union won. I am so tired of the partisan political bs that engulfs the way the news is brought to Americans. Ryan forgot that his sole purpose was to find out information for Americans pertinent to what Americans want to know.

Instead, he thought he would be the equivalent of the class clown by asking this question, which undoubtedly made liberal twitter cheer with glee.

Kayleigh McEnany shuts him down by saying that Ryan’s “first question was absolutely absurd.” McEnany continues saying that President Trump “is proud of the United States of America.”

She goes on to own him with polls that prove that an overwhelming majority of Americans disapprove of statues being torn down. She claims that 60% of American’s believe the statues should stay, and 71% believe that local governments should be blocking these rioters from tearing them down.

Ryan decides to leave the statue argument behind, and continue to focus solely on the confederate flag policy at Trump’s rallies. He wants to know if Trump would be willing to ban the Confederate flag at his rallies, to which McEnany responds with a that’s a Trump campaign question and moved on.

What can I say? She gets me. She understands what the American people expect out of her job, and she rises to the occasion time after time.
