Welp… These Avenatti Moments Didn’t Age Well, Did They?

‘Defender of Women’ Michael Avenatti was arrested last night on Domestic Violence charges.

Anyway, Michael has denied the charges in a brief press conference last night. But I’ve got to say… this new little situation certainly tinges a lot of his past Tweets with a certain air of ICK.

I mean…

You are right. I should have turned my back on my client. Told her to “shut up” and stay quiet because people like you apparently believe assault victims are to blame. This line of thinking is disgusting and offensive to all survivors. And it makes lawyers not want to help them.
