Family Calls Cops On Biden’s Energy Secretary For Blocking Charging Station

Well isn’t that ironic.

The propaganda runs deep, but the stupidity runs deeper.

Jennifer Granholm is the Secretary of Energy and, in an effort to influence more Americans to use electric vehicles, she embarked on a four-day road trip in electric vehicles from Charlotte, NC to Memphis, TN, otherwise known as the southern “battery belt.”

While the entourage had to make a charging pitstop in Grovetown, GA, they realized that there weren’t enough stations that could provide the faster charging, especially with one of the stations being out of service and others were already occupied.

Just to put this into perspective for you, the entourage was traveling in a caravan that included a Chevy Bolt, a Ford F-150 Lightning, and the luxury Cadillac Lyriq.

So, to make way for the queen herself, one of the staffers with the department decided to reserve one of the charging stations with a gas-powered vehicle until Granholm arrived.

A hot summer day, in conjunction with a family traveling with their baby and needing to charge up, left little to no room for that BS.

However, as the family contacted authorities, they were informed that the police weren’t able to take any action, as parking gas-powered vehicles at charging stations wasn’t illegal.

A staffer with the Energy Department attempted to temper tensions by sending their other vehicles to the slower charging stations, evenly spreading out space for everyone’s needs.

If the Energy Department learned anything, it’s that the reluctancy to purchase electric vehicles isn’t because of the electric component itself, but the scarcity of the charging stations.
