Presidential Candidate Vivek Ramaswamy Promises To End Race Quotas In Government

In his CPAC speech, recently announced Republican presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy made a promise to voters that strikes a chord in the wake of Biden’s ridiculous equity mandates. He says that to be an American “means you believe in merit. That you get ahead in this country not on the color of your skin but on the content of your character and your contributions.” He then promises “to get rid of affirmative action in this country once and for all,” calling it “a national cancer on our soul.”

To be more specific, his Twitter post with the video states that he will “repeal Lyndon Johnson’s Executive Order 11246” regarding hiring practices and employment within U.S. government contractors. I’m curious whether he also plans to repeal Biden’s Executive Order “On Advancing Racial Equity and Support for Underserved Communities Through the Federal Government.” Just look what it’s done to the Biden Administration. It’s the “most diverse administration in history,” and also one of the worst administrations in history. It’s an equitable abject failure, and America doesn’t need that.
