November 11, 2022If you’ve been watching our morning livestreams, y’all know how pissed I am at Trump for his stupid, maniacal, insane, counterproductive, idiotic attacks on DeSantis. They’re getting more ridiculous by the day. And he apparently won’t rest until he’s denigrated every strong GOP leader in the country. Trump no longer cares about America First. He cares about one thing and one thing only – TRUMP.

Y’all. This is the dumbest strategy in the history of the universe, I have no idea why he’s throwing away our chances of winning back the WH in 2024, and I am F*CKING DONE.
The number of people who are over him is growing with every single stupid post like the one above, and it seems the remaining holdouts are such idolaters that they will defend this behavior at the country’s expense. That’s what a cult actually looks like. There are people saying that Trump and DeSantis are doing this TOGETHER. ON PURPOSE. As some sort of strategy. OMG. That is some Q-level batsh*ttery.
Trump has no plans to delay his big Tuesday announcement, despite the fact that the GA run-off isn’t happening until December. He clearly has no plans to stop tearing down the best and most effective leaders in the country. His plan, apparently, is to go full scorched earth, no matter the cost.
I’m grateful to Trump for the amazing policies he enacted during his presidency. I’m grateful for his America First vision and for creating a movement dedicated to returning America to its glory. But he has freaking LOST HIS MIND if he thinks what he’s doing now is helpful to the country. At this rate, as he hemorrhages more and more supporters, he will have no chance of winning against Biden, and that race would be a SLAM DUNK with basically ANY REPUBLICAN as it stands today. If Trump would simply get behind the deep bench of talented GOPers that are up and coming, the GOP would be unstoppable. But he can’t get out of his own way. He believes he’s due a coronation. This movement is bigger than one man, but Trump’s ego won’t let him understand that.
For those folks who are insisting that people like me are simply “falling for a media narrative” – what the Actual Eff is wrong with you? The media isn’t creating a narrative here. Trump is releasing these statements on his own. He is picking the fights. He’s trashing every other GOP leader. And he’s losing me and thousands of other supporters in the process.

I agree with some of what you said, I am kind of torn because I love Trump but I love Ron Desantis as well. We have a primary coming up that will decide who we will run in the next election. No one has even declared they are running yet. I say that is why we have primary’s but in the end we need to get behind who ever the candidate is. I do think Trump needs to stop some of this shooting himself in the foot though. If anyone is interested I read an article on American Thinker “in defense of Trump” which made some good points that may be worth a read.
Very much on point, Mock. I see that Trump wisely latched on to the Tea Party in 2015 and did great things while in office. Now he thinks he’s replaced that movement by making it about himself? This is exactly why DeSantis has taken the spotlight off Trump. It’s about the country, not the person. DeSantis “gets it” while Trump has lost it, literally.
Yes I’m glad Trump was able to pull out a victory and become President. It kept a Democrat out of the Oval Office for 4 years. Trump had a golden opportunity to build a coalition of Republicans and conservatives around him. But he alienated and fired alot of them. And he spend way to much time doing stupid tweeting with the likes of Rosie O’Donnell. It’s not a good look when you are on the world stage. Can you see any other world leaders doing that crap? And now he’s already dissing other Republicans!

Ugh- I’m always going to love President Trump….but yeah, he needs to stop. He’s not helping or fixing anything by bashing those he’s supposed to be on the same side as.

My mom’s 81 year old cousin served in Vietnam. He has a very good healthcare plan thanks to President Trump. He’s no longer forced to go to the VA. Trump did do good in office.
Now- he’s only a couple of steps from sounding as crazy as our current President. I don’t honestly think he should run again.

I would suggest that the only thing Trump has ever cared about is Trump. The only difference is that when he was President, serving Trump and serving the country were aligned goals. Now, serving Trump is doing a disservice to the country, but Trump is still all about the same thing he’s always been all about – himself.
