On Friday, Nov. 11, Fox News reported that protestors in Norway tried to glue themselves to “The Scream” painting by Edvard Munch. Luckily, there was glass protection around the frame, and the piece was unharmed.
Next time I’d like them to glue their traps shut, personally.
One of the Greta clones shouted “I scream for people dying,” while attempting to damage the painting, and another shouted “I scream when lawmakers ignore science.”
I’m not entirely sure ruining priceless works of art is the way to people’s hearts, darling. Maybe try picketing next time?
“The individuals are from the Norwegian group ‘Stopp oljeletinga,’ which stands for Stop Oil Exploration, and said they ‘wanted to pressure lawmakers into stopping oil exploration,’” Fox News reported.
What’s hilarious about this is that instead of changing people’s minds, they’re p!ssing everyone off. Gluing yourself to a painting doesn’t make me angry about oil exploration—it makes me angry your parents didn’t use protection.

“I scream when lawmakers ignore science.” First, lawmakers don’t understand science. Secondly, scientists are bought cheaply these days. The science is that coal and oil are created by natural processes in a tropical or subtropical climate. Looking at fossil fuels deposited around the world, that seems mildly strange since many are in cold climates. In Alaska you can find tropical plant fossils in coal. Look at the oil deposits on the north slope and the coal deposits at the Usibelli mine and others in the state. The climate cycles from ice age climate to tropical climate and back again, so just exactly what is normal? There is no static normal condition. Global warming this cycle started 21,000 years ago and there was not one SUV on the planet.
Lawmakers understand science far more than these children who have been fed propaganda for their entire lives.
Science has no morals it just makes predictive models, most of which related to climate haven’t worked out very well. These people are terrified of the devastating predictions of models that don’t work and even on those models the predictions in question are very low probability. Meanwhile on the other side of the equation you have the prediction of a death toll that would make even communism/socialism pale in comparison with a virtually 100% probability.
In reality it’s not that politicians are ignoring science it’s that the Climate Change Cult is.
The fools would not be wearing any clothes or have any super glue to use without oil nor any other aspect of their modern life.
It’s a shame that none of these climate “saviors” are willing to travel to Saudi Arabia and pull this. Or maybe Russia. I’m sure Putin would treat with kid gloves.
