Dem Strategist Tells CNN, “I Am Not Happy,” Dems “Did Not Listen To Voters”

You know things are bad when even dedicated Democrats start telling the truth about how unhappy people are with the current administration and political leadership. Just the other day, MSNBC blasted New York Democrat Governor Kathy Hochul saying that “We don’t feel safe… People don’t feel safe in this town.” And now, CNN is blasting Democrat leadership for being completely out of touch with the needs and priorities of the American people.

CNN had on Democrat strategist Hilary Rosen to talk about the midterms, and she did not mince her words. She explains, “I’m a loyal Democrat, but I am not happy. I just think that we are, you know, we did not listen to voters in this election, and I think we’re going to have a bad night… When voters tell you over and over and over again that they care most about the economy, listen to them! Stop talking about democracy being at stake… Voters have told us what they wanted to hear, and I don’t think Democrats have really delivered.”

I said she didn’t mince her words, but I actually think she did just a bit. When she said they should “stop talking about democracy being at stake,” what she meant was that they should stop making such a huge deal out of J6, which ONLY the Democrat leadership cares about. So in that respect, she did mince her words a little because she didn’t call them out directly on that specific issue, which is the one issue they’ve prioritized over almost every other issue for 2.5 years.
