As Midterm Red Wave Approaches, Joe Biden Now Calls To “Fund The Police.”

Today, Joe Biden gave a speech, which means we will get some great comedy content clips. He asked for the age of a baby in the crowd. No joke. But a key statement from this speech was,

“When it comes to public safety in this nation, the answer is not ‘defund the police,’ it’s ‘fund the police.'”

This is an epic gaslight meant to distract the public from the 2+ years Leftist politicians and activists have spent vilifying, undermining, and defunding the police. They see that the midterm elections could be bad for them, so they figured they’d do a quick 180 and pretend like they suddenly like the police. They’re pretending like they haven’t spent the last couple of years pushing a narrative that has caused a massive spike in violent and petty crime nationwide, especially in Big Blue cities that adopted policies consistent with the “defund the police” narrative. They want you to forget all about trains being looted, city blocks being turned into lawless autonomous zones, Portland becoming a third-world anarchist entity, regular public drug use and car jackings in San Francisco, violent assaults and robberies on NYC sidewalks in the broad daylight, rampant looting and rioting, etc. Just forget all that. NOW, they’re saying we should totally fund the police in order to keep the nation safe.
