Apparently, Sam Elliott was asked about a new movie, “The Power Of The Dog,” and he answered honestly and candidly, and they didn’t like that. They’re saying that he “has his cowboy chaps in a twist” over the fact that The Power Of The Dog is “basically too gay.”
I haven’t seen the movie, but from what he says in this clip, it was made by a New Zealand filmmaker, and what the hell does she know about the American West? It’s a great question, really.
