President Trump Tweets About His Trip To Vietnam

As you know, President Trump called it quits early. He walked away from the deal-making process with Kim Jong-un, because it didn’t feel right.

“Sometimes you have to walk and I think that was one of these times,” Trump said at a press conference.

“We had some options,” he added. “At this time we decided not to do any of the options. We’ll see where that goes.”

It doesn’t necessarily mean it’s a fail. It’s all part of the deal-making process. You don’t always strike a deal immediately. It’s a tango.

Trump just tweeted about his trip. It doesn’t necessarily sound like he walked out on bad terms. The door is still open for talks.

I didn’t think anything huge would come out of this summit anyway. I thought– at most– we’d get a formal declaration, ending the Korean War. Maybe next time?
