Elizabeth Warren is currently testing the waters for a presidential run. She recently stopped by Iowa and did the typical politician thing. She talked about her family’s “humble beginnings.” Her dad was a janitor, and her mom worked at Sears. It’s really cute how she acts like that’s such a special little thing. We people in the REAL WORLD know how it goes. Her story isn’t rare. I mean, the whole “scoring a job at Harvard by claiming minority status” part is, but everything else is the same ol’ same ol’.
“(My mother) walked to the Sears and she got a minimum wage job,” Warren told the crowd. “And that minimum wage job saved our home and it saved our family. And if you want to know who I am, that story is etched on my heart and always will be.”
K.
During her speech, she experienced technical difficulties. The mic completely cut out. MSM’s reaction spoke VOLUMES.

Why yes. That IS a Washington Post reporter repeating the pro-Warren rallying cry! “Real news.”
About 9 minutes into her speech, the mic went out… but she’s still going – shouting into the crowd. Rattling off statistics about the weakening middle class. https://t.co/biYPmCoqTx

They’re gonna be the worst.
Anyway, Warren is convinced she’s starting a grassroots movement. That makes me laugh.
“This is terrific,” she said. “This is how it starts: person to person, town to town across Iowa and then across America. We’re going to build a grassroots movement.”
Yep. Crackin’ one beer bottle open at a time.
