Report: President Trump Is ‘Weighing His Options,’ Issues A Veiled Veto Threat

After signing the $1.3 trillion spending bill– the spending bill that didn’t even put a dent in wall funding– in March, President Trump said, “I say to Congress, I will never sign another bill like this again.”

Now he faces another dilemma. The short-term spending bill. It contains no money for the wall.

He’s facing enormous pressure from all sides. Some want him to sign it, others want him to stick to his guns and veto it.

I sure as heck hope so.

As far as we know, Trump met with (or is currently meeting with) House GOP members. From what I’ve heard, it sounds like he’s leaning toward a veto.
