Gretchen Carlson Reacts To Nicole Kidman’s Portrayal Of Her, And It’s Not Pretty

Hollywood is taking on the Roger Ailes scandal… and Gretchen Carlson is NOT feeling it.

The film will be directed by Jay Roach, and follow Roger Airles’ 2016 resignation from Fox News following allegations of sexual harassment. So far, Nicole Kidman will be playing Carlson, Charlize Theron will appear as Megyn Kelly, Ashley Greene as Abby Huntsman, John Lithgow as Roger, and Connie Britton as Roger’s wife Beth.

But for real, guys. She hates it.

It seems to me like she’s being a little over the top. Who cares if it doesn’t look exactly like her? But it turns out she has issues with the movie itself, too.

That’s fair. I could understand her frustration with that. And she would know… she was there.

And honestly… does it even matter?

I get some level of frustration that you think your story isn’t being told accurately, but she does kinda look like you, and frankly if I ever reached a place in my life where Nicole Kidman were playing me I’d pat myself on the back, pour a glass of wine, and chill.

Eh. We’ll have to wait and see. It WILL matter if they make her and her peers all look awful simply for being connected with Fox News.
