JUST IN: Judge Dismisses ALL CHARGES Against 3 Suspects In ‘Extremist Muslim’ Compound

WAIT…WHAT?

Remember that “extremist Muslim” compound in New Mexico where 5 adults were caught STARVING children and training them to be school shooters?

3 OF THE SUSPECTS HAVE BEEN CLEARED OF ALL CHARGES.

HOW?

HOW, HOW HOW HOW HOW?!??!?!!!!!!

According to Fox News:

A New Mexico judge dismissed all charges against three suspects tied to a compound where alleged Muslim extremists reportedly trained children to be school shooters.

District Judge Emilio Chavez on Wednesday dismissed charges against three of the five defendants, ruling that authorities violated the state’s “10-day rule.”

OMG. They’re off on a TECHNICALITY, you guys.

This makes me ILL. I’m legitimately going to be sick.

Child abuse charges against Lucas Morton, Subhannah Wahhaj and Hujrah Wahhaj were dropped because prosecutors missed the 10-day limit for an evidentiary hearing to establish probable cause.

WTF IS WRONG WITH THESE PROSECUTORS?!?!?!

The charges against fellow defendants, Siraj Ibn Wahhaj and Jany Leveille, remained. The suspects are accused of holding nearly a dozen children at the compound. The remains of a twelfth child were found on the compound.

Siraj Ibn Wahhaj and Leveille were also charged Friday with abuse of a child resulting in the death of a child and conspiracy to commit abuse of a child, Taos County Sheriff Jerry Hogrefe said in a news release.

The judge said it was a very difficult decision to drop the charges but the rule left him with no option.

My boyfriend is a criminal lawyer, so I just called him with a “WTF WTF WTF WTF? EXPLAIN THIS.”

He explained this to me: If the case was dismissed WITHOUT prejudice, it can probably be refiled instantly. These people aren’t necessarily off the hook.

What they CAN do is entirely disappear. If we can’t FIND them… we can’t bring them to justice.

But still… this is an INSANE oversight on the part of the prosecution. He’s as grossed out as I am.

It makes you wonder if there’s something they’re not telling us.
