Caitlyn Jenner Claims Trump Has Set Transgender People Back 20 Years. Let’s Unpack And Untangle That.

According to this, Caitlyn Jenner was interviewed by Newsweek at the Champions of Jewish Values International Awards Gala in NYC last week.

I can barely even unpack or untangle THAT, let alone what Caitlyn actually SAID in this interview, but let’s try.

Caitlyn Jenner said that “As far as trans issues, this administration has been the worst ever.”

Really?  Because trans issues basically didn’t exist for ANY administration until about 45 minutes ago.  So it’s kind of ridiculous to say that the Trump administration has been the ‘worst ever’ at something that no other president has had to deal with, except Obama, who is the VERY REASON no one knows what bathroom they belong in anymore.

Caitlyn went further.  “They’ve (Trump administration) set our community back 20 years, easily. It’s going to be hard to change, but we’ve been through these types of things before and we’ll continue to fight it.”

Give me a break.  So not only is Caitlyn now speaking as a representative of WOMEN on International Women’s Day (THANKS, CNN! WELL DONE!), but Caitlyn is also speaking as some sort of trans issues HISTORIAN.

And again, I’d just like to point out the absurdity of Caitlyn Jenner being the chosen “Honoree” at the Jewish Values International Awards Gala. Their mission, as stated on their website, is as follows:

Our organization has proven uniquely effective in promoting Jewish Values and defending Israel in mainstream and international media.

Together with world leaders from every sphere, we tackle today’s pressing issues through debates, panels, forums, and lectures at venues worldwide. Along with these, we have orchestrated massive and immensely effective ad campaigns to protect the Jewish State and introduce Americans to the beauty of Jewish values.

In 2013, Rabbi Shmuley launched the inaugural Champions of Jewish Values International Awards Gala, a prestigious platform recognizing those who strive to positively affect society.

So, what’s next? Will Caitlyn Jenner be the new voice of EVERYTHING now?  Is this what we’re doing?  Because you know what that is?  That’s patronizing.  It’s bordering on exploitation, and what’s sad is that Caitlyn is too used to enjoying the spotlight to mind it.  But organizations gotta virtue signal, and what better way to do that than by shining a big fat spotlight on Caitlyn Jenner, Glamour’s WOMAN OF THE YEAR of 2015?

Caitlyn also told Newsweek that she wants Trump to “do a better job when it comes to equality.”  You know, because of all the rights he’s taken away from people and whatnot.
