I’m sure everyone would like to have nice, beautiful biceps (yes, even Chicks want to be tone), but it takes work. And some of people build muscle better than others. There are a bunch of factors.
But listen up dudes. If you’re into lifting and aren’t getting the results you want, please just be OK with how you look and DO NOT fill your biceps with dangerous chemicals like this dude.
Meet Kirill Tereshin. He’s a 21-year-old Russian dude who’s injecting his biceps with “site enhancement oil.”
Mr Tereshin started injecting himself with synthol after leaving the army this summer, increased the size of his biceps by ten inches in just ten days.
Ten inches in ten days?! That CANNOT be healthy.
He began by injecting 250 ml into his biceps but found that would make them grow by no more than an inch.
Mr Tereshin said: ‘In order to reach such a size, you need to inject litres into your arms.
This doesn’t even look good. It looks unnatural and gross. Plus it’s fake. His not actually miraculously stronger.
‘I was doing it and getting a fever of up to 40 degrees, I was lying in bed, feeling like I was dying, but then it all turned out fine.’
He felt like he was dying but LOLZ FALSE ALARM.
He added that his body weight had increased from 9st 11lbs to 10st 10lbs since he started the injections.
However, while the oil increases the size of Mr Tereshin’s arms, it gives him no extra strength as the muscles are not really as developed as they appear.
They’re not even real. He’s literally risking his life for fake giant biceps. This stuff can cause “pulmonary embolisms, nerve damage, infections, sclerosing lipogranuloma, stroke and oil-filled cysts or ulcers in the muscle.”
For the record, I just Googled sclerosing lipogranuloma, and trust me guys. YOU DON’T WANT THAT.
So don’t do this. It’s dumb. You’re risking your life to look ridiculous. Opt for the SpongeBob arms. At least they won’t kill you.
