September 30, 2017Last week, some players from the Jacksonville Jaguars and Baltimore Ravens decided to kneel during the national anthem…while in LONDON.
That irked me big time.
The New Orleans Saints and the Miami Dolphins are playing in London Sunday morning. Are they planning on pulling the same stunt? Not quite. Drew Brees said the team will stand for the national anthem, which is good news. The bad news? The team is going to kneel in “solidarity” beforehand.

Why the heck are they kneeling in solidarity? Who or what are they making a statement against? (I know the answer. Trump and his raaaaaacism and biiiiiigotry.) OF COURSE I’d rather them kneel before the national anthem, but they’re still trying to make a political statement, which is SUPER FREAKING ANNOYING.
The left isn’t happy. They would like Drew to be more specific, please and thank you.
