…many are wondering if that’s the best move. Should the Trump administration take this to the Supreme Court? Even if it did, wouldn’t that take longer than the extent of the travel ban? And isn’t it likely they’d rule 4-4, allowing the lower court’s ruling to stand?
I heard another interesting theory today: The Trump administration will simply draft a new executive order. Trump dropped a hint today during a joint press conference with Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe.
“We’ll be doing something very rapidly having to do with additional security for our country,” Trump said. “You’ll be seeing that some time next week.”
