Howard Dean Tries To Get Meghan McCain To Become A Democrat. Meghan Is Having NONE OF IT.

Meghan McCain is one of those people who constantly baffles me. She’s certainly no conservative and I’d barely call her a Republican most of the time. But she’s not exactly a Democrat, either. She’s just… Meghan. She does her own thing and no one can ever predict what she’s going to do/say next – or even if it’s going to be rational.

Though I agree with her on very little (and I’m certainly inclined to make fun of her more times than not), on that score I can at least respect her.

So, Meghan tweeted this out about Trump never having served in the military (lady, I don’t have enough eyerolls for this) –

Trump has never served. My father can’t bend one of his knees or lift one of his arms above his head. I am done with this today. DONE.

Howard Dean (the man famous for the Iowa Dean Scream in 2004 and not much else), tweeted back an olive branch asking Meghan if she’d considering becoming a Democrat –

Like I said, I agree with Meghan McCain on very little. But I do respect her on this score – you can’t put her in any kind of ticky-box category.
