
The 9th Circuit Court ruled against President Trump’s immigration order, which temporarily suspended travel from seven failed terror states identified by the Obama administration– Sudan, Libya, Somalia, Syria, Iran, Iraq and Yemen– for 90 days and paused refugee admissions for 120 days.
The decision was unanimous, even though the order is clearly within the president’s Constitutional authority.

It looks like Trump’s planning on taking this to the Supreme Court:

Unfortunately for all of us, the 9th Circuit Court’s ruling suddenly has Hillary Clinton feeling relevant again.
