Leave It To Scumbag McTrumka To Blame Hostess’ Death On Romney And Bain Capital

I swear, I couldn't MAKE THIS CRAP UP if I wanted to, you guys.

Dick Trumka had this to say today about the demise of Hostess:

“What’s happening with Hostess Brands is a microcosm of what’s wrong with America, as Bain-style Wall Street vultures make themselves rich by making America poor,” Trumka said in a public statement. “Crony capitalism and consistently poor management drove Hostess into the ground, but its workers are paying the price.”

He also went on to spew that Hostess' "leaders and policies were wrecking America."

Wow. That is mockable stuff right there.

Um, brain surgeon?  Hostess didn't go under because of the leaders of Hostess not attempting to save the company.  They were actually ATTEMPTING TO SAVE THE COMPANY when union jackwagons acted like spoiled brats and refused to believe that their Daddy's platinum card INDEED HAS A LIMIT.  Hostess went under because it was "unprofitable, in part due to union workers' demands." Period.  It wasn't because of Bain Capital.  It wasn't because of that eeeeeeevil and uber-successful businessman, Mitt Romney.  It wasn't the Republicans' fault, Mr. Delusional.  It was because most present-day unions are nothing but parasites that suck the life out of the American free market.  Hostess was unprofitable, meaning, there was NO PROFIT.  Meaning, they were not making money.  They failed because the unions strangled them.

This concept is somehow difficult for the left to grasp, y'all.  Because, I've learned that common sense is like Kryptonite to these people.  Let's face it – that is precisely what this is – sheer common sense.  And the inability of half our population to grasp the most elementary of concepts boggles my mind.  You either have a sandwich to eat, or you don't.  It's that simple – my two-and-a-half year old understands it.

In the real world of the free market, as opposed to a power-hungry government and moron politicians who have no accountability whatsoever, you simply CANNOT SPEND WHAT YOU DON'T HAVE. I take that back…..you can for a while.  But you'll eventually face your fiscal demise.  This goes for individuals and it also goes for companies. Money just doesn't fly out of the sky or Obama's butt – and NEITHER DO JOBS – even though liberals would like to think they do.  And they really do think these things happen by some sort of fairy dust magic, which is not only mockable, but downright disturbing. In fact, the mere fact that Dick McDouchebag had the audacity to say that the layoffs were "needless" blows me away.  NEEDLESS?  As if money really would've fallen from the sky if Hostess had just caved into all the ridiculous demands that the union made.  He BELIEVES THIS.  Half of our country BELIEVES THIS.

And it's why we have the administration in the White House that we do, FYI.  

I don't usually quote Rush Limbaugh, as I don't really listen to him.  But I saw his take on this whole Trumka thing, and one of his comments is worth repeating.  He said that "Al-Qaeda's alive. Twinkies are dead.  But Osama was killed by Obama, and Hostess was killed by the Republicans."

It's a profound and sadly accurate commentary on today's America.

But yet, according to liberal talking heads, conservatives are out of touch.  And Dick McDoucheCanoe thinks that the whole "fiscal cliff" thing is a "manufactured crisis."  

Because of COURSE he does.  And mean, his $300,000 annual salary will never change – except to increase, that is.
