I’m not making this up. Their argument? Since the internet is currently the most popular way of receiving and imparting information, then everyone has the right to it, because otherwise they are EXCLUDED. And incredibly, there are countries that have already declared the internet as a human right – France, Finland, Greece, Spain and Estonia.
