No– he didn’t just randomly say that. It wasn’t a dig at President Trump, so don’t even try to go there. Secretary of State Rex Tillerson was in Geneva, Switzerland to “meet with a United Nations envoy about renewed peacemaking efforts in Syria.” While there, he waltzed through Barton Park and noticed a rather interesting sculpture. It truly spoke to his soul. It’s two people curled up in a ball. His remark? “Yeah, some days I feel like I need to do that – curl up in a ball.”
