July 13, 2016Charles Barkley’s one of those sports guys that I couldn’t stand when he played against my team (because he was such a tough opponent and I hated when the Utah Jazz lost to the Suns or the Rockets), but he’s a decent guy off the court. Since he retired and especially since he’s become a really great commentator, I’ve grown to respect him and even love him.
Yesterday, he called into the Dan Le Batard radio show on ESPN and talked a little bit about the controversies surrounding black people and police officers. And Barkley did NOT mince words (the radio hosts look a little uncomfortable with what he’s saying – it is super-liberal ESPN, after all. But would you interrupt Charles Barkley while he’s making a point? Didn’t think so) –
