Kathy Griffin just held a press conference with her attorney Lisa Bloom, explaining the rationale behind her distasteful photo. But instead of, you know, owning up, she decided to pull a Hillary and blame everyone but herself. According to Bloom, Griffin is a victim.

Griffin claims she’s the target– Trump deliberately chose to bully her. It had nothing to do with her taking a photo holding a replica of PRESIDENT TRUMP’S BLOODY, SEVERED HEAD OMG. This is all about white men trying to take her down. At one point she actually said, “This wouldn’t be happening to a guy. This is a woman thing… people who sign my checks are white guys.”

Griffin even said Trump is “personally trying to ruin my life forever.” Yep. He’s totes trying to destroy her career. The backlash had nothing to do with HER actions. She definitely didn’t do this to herself. Nope.

At one point, I heard Bloom actually say that presidents aren’t supposed to criticize comedians. For real.
I can’t believe Kathy Griffin is shamelessly playing the victim here.
Trump didn’t ruin your career, Kathy. YOU ruined your career. Own up and act like a freaking adult.
