I just took my daughter to our local urgent care and while we were waiting, I was browsing their selection of health-related informational pamphlets and leaflets. The one that stuck out to me was titled, “COVID-19 rebound.” It shows a woman looking at a thermometer and wearing a mask in what appears to be her own bed. It’s essentially explaining that it’s common for people who get COVID and take Paxlovid to then recover from COVID and then get immediately reinfected with COVID. It also explains that if you get COVID again, you should once again do all the things you did for the COVID infection you just had and just recovered from. Basically, you just have COVID twice, back-to-back.
.#Paxlovid. A drug SO effective that urgent care is now stocking informational pamphlets about how it’s common to not feel better and to even get sick again immediately after recovery 🤣🤣🤣 pic.twitter.com/zhaROxbbln

The flyer also notes that “Paxlovid is meant to reduce the risk of hospitalization. Patients should not expect complete symptom relief.” But isn’t that essentially what the vaccine is at this point? It’s just a therapeutic that purportedly lessens the severity of the infection and helps prevent hospitalization if your symptoms happen to be more than a cold. And yet, how much money is Pfizer making from Paxlovid? Well, Pfizer projects $22 BILLION.
Here’s the CDC warning about Paxlovid “rebound.” That’s how bad it is.

I wonder if they referred to a cookbook before cooking the books?
