Biden Is Talking About Clipping Coupons Again

Joe Biden is really making the most of his time in Iowa.

Nope.  Just kidding.  He’s not.  Biden is again talking GIBBERISH and NONSENSE about clipping coupons.

Poor old Joe.  This is both funny and sad at the same time.  The man can barely string together a coherent sentence.

Do you know ANYONE who makes their living clipping coupons on the street?  What in the actual hell is he talking about?

This isn’t the first time Biden has talked about clipping coupons.  Recall the last time in a debate.

It appears that Joe is perhaps confusing the 21st century with the days of yore.

According to the Wall Street Journal, 

Coupon clipping refers back to a time when these fixed-income securities came printed with coupons on them. To receive the interest payments, the bondholder would clip off each coupon as its payment came due and redeem it for cash.

Despite Joe’s continued difficulty with talking and thinking, he is still comfortably leading in the polls.  Because, despite likely suffering from dementia, he is still the best the Democrats have to offer.
