TPUSA’s Lauryn Gray went to the Iowa State fair to ask Democratic presidential candidates if they were willing to denounce Antifa.
TPUSA managed to track down Kirsten Gillibrand, Jay Inslee, Joe Biden, Bill De Blasio, Bernie Sanders, Andrew Yang, Julian Castro, Cory Booker, John Delaney, Steve Bullock, Tulsi Gabbard, and Marianne Williamson – a pretty strong sampling of the VERY crowded field
Here’s what they had to say:
Far-Left ANTIFA is a domestic terror group.
They beat journalists, fight cops and destroy cities.
They want full communism and terrorize innocent Americans to try and get it.
So will America’s leading Democrats denounce ANTIFA?
We asked. This is scary. pic.twitter.com/aYO6sWEB2j

Gillibrand says she has NO idea who they are, which means she’s entirely full of crap, or entirely uninformed. Either way, she has no place running for public office, let alone president.
Inslee condemns “violence of anyone against this community,” which he says has been “totally victimized in so many ways.” He kind of circles around the question, ultimately sort-of-kind-of condemning them.
Biden denounces “all hate groups,” which is a good start; De Blasio smirks, entirely ignoring the question but clearly hearing it; Sanders also ignores the question but may be too busy thinking about delicious pudding cups to notice; Yang LEGITIMATELY denounces the domestic terrorist group (good for him!); Castro literally just laughs; Delaney says IF Antifa resorts to violence, THEN he denounces it; Bullock blames Trump (wut?); Gabbard reminds us that she’s already denounced Antifa (Good for her, too!); and Marianne Williamson says she’s “not denouncing anybody.” You know, because she wrangles people with love, or whatever.
That’s pretty pathetic, folks.
