Pro-Life Group Brings 4-D Ultrasounds Of Babies In Time’s Square

Earlier this year, New York celebrated Gov. Andrew Cuomo’s decision to sign the Reproductive Health Act into law.

It says “every individual who becomes pregnant has the fundamental right to choose to carry the pregnancy to term, to give birth to a child, or to have an abortion.”

“Today we are taking a giant step forward in the hard-fought battle to ensure a woman’s right to make her own decisions about her own personal health, including the ability to access an abortion,” Cuomo said at the time.

Pro-life organizers are fighting back. Focus on the Family’s campaign– “See Life Clearly” will involve displaying 4-D ultrasounds of babies in Times Square.

“Our hope is that people walking into Times Square on Saturday will look up to the screens and lift-up in prayer every abortion-minded woman,” Jim Daly, president of Focus on the Family, told Fox News. “They say a picture is worth a thousand words. Well, the picture of a baby is actually of inestimable worth. It’s a snapshot of the future and a million possibilities yet to come.”

There’s virtually no reason for feminists to dispute this. It’s a picture of a baby. Of course, they want women to believe it’s nothing more than a lifeless “blob of cells.”

The May 4 rally features live music and inspirational speakers, including abortion survivors.

Jeanne Mancini, president of March for Life, told Fox News she loves that the ultrasound is the main draw.

“The theme for the March for Life this year was pro-life is pro-science,” Mancini said. “Science and technology are on the side of life, and advances in technology, especially in ultrasonography, provide a window into the womb. It’s always been my belief that showing life as it is in its inherent beauty is so attractive, and that’s what really changes people’s hearts and minds.”

Here’s hoping those images change hearts and minds.
