So, as you probably know, people are turning on Joe Biden for being the ultimate creep.
Former Nevada Candidate Lucy Flores recently spoke up about how incredibly uncomfortable he made her feel when he came up behind her and sniffed her hair.
Yeah. That’s weird.
And you know why I believe her? Because that’s kind of his move:
The list goes on and on and on and on. He does this constantly:
But that’s not creepy or anything. Oh, no! In fact, according to the Washington Post, it’s what makes him great!
According to the Daily Caller:
The Washington Post minimized allegations that former Vice President Joe Biden is inappropriate with women Monday, asserting that his intimate gestures are fixtures of his “warm and upbeat persona.”
See? The fact that he comes up behind women, and often little girls, and nuzzles them just makes him upbeat!
It’s totally awesome! The world needs more unsolicited child and lady nuzzling!
Biden’s infamous closeness with women — putting his hands on their shoulders, kissing them on the head, and so on — was brought to the forefront over the weekend after Lucy Flores said she felt deeply uncomfortable when Biden “inhaled” her hair and slowly kissed the back of her head.
Uuuugh. I’d like to think I’d turn around and deck him. But there’s a lot of pressure riding in those moments. He appears to do this during photo opportunities. I could see most women freezing under the “wth is even going on right now?” pressure. Never mind that starting a public argument with a top Democrat like Biden would likely end the political careers they’ve likely worked hard for. It’s a tough spot to be suddenly put in. So you stand there, horrified, and try not to flinch as the creep sniffs your hair as the world watches.
But yeah – it’s his “trademark,” folks. No biggie:
The Washington Post described this behavior as a Biden “trademark” and suggested it is indicative of a warm personality rather than a desire to be inappropriately affectionate with women.
“This affectionate and sometimes intimate physical style is one of the former vice president’s trademarks, a defining feature of the warm and upbeat persona he has built during more than four decades in the national spotlight,” WaPo said. “Though photos attesting to this behavior abound on the Internet, they were often framed in past news accounts as harmless and sometimes entertaining.”
Look how entertaining this is, y’all:
Wow. So much “fun.” This child looks massively entertained.
