Michael Cohen is still in hot water. He’s thrashing around like a fish out of water. I really don’t know what will happen to him, but it doesn’t look good.
Apparently, he’s being investigated for a number of things, including $20 million in bank fraud, as well as possible campaign finance violations.
1. Feds looking into $20 million in bank fraud by Cohen
2. Still looking into campaign finance violations
3. Whether Cohen failed to report income from taxi medallions to IRS
4. They may file charges as soon as late August @maggieNYT @WRashbaum scoophttps://t.co/0AkdrCS3WP— Yashar Ali 🐘 (@yashar) August 19, 2018
Charges are coming. It’s just a question of when.
Investigators are also examining whether Mr. Cohen violated campaign finance or other laws by helping to arrange financial deals to secure the silence of women who said they had affairs with Mr. Trump. The inquiry has entered the final stage and prosecutors are considering filing charges by the end of August, two of the people said..
2. If the feds don’t charge Cohen by the end of August then they will likely wait until AFTER the election to charge him. https://t.co/0AkdrCS3WP

What do you think? If they charge him before the midterm elections, will it have a negative impact on Trump and those he has endorsed?
I really don’t think it will.
