MSNBC Guest Claims Trump’s SCOTUS Pick Will Jail Women For Miscarriages… No One Corrects Her

I am pro-life.

I am also FULLY aware that miscarriages are a natural, if tragic, part of human life.

My heart is with every woman who has suffered through one. I’m sure it wasn’t easy. If anything, I wish as a society we talked more openly about miscarriages. You don’t really realize how common they are until you start looking into it… I didn’t know until recently how many women I know who have personally experienced one or more miscarriages. More women should know this instead of suffering through it alone.

I don’t know of ANY conservatives that would EVER blame a woman for a miscarriage that wasn’t actively and obviously her fault.

MSNBC, however, wants you to think that us PRO-LIFE RIGHT WING LUNATICS are CRIMINALIZING MISCARRIAGES.

According to Daily Caller:

Dorothy Roberts, a University of Pennsylvania law professor, claimed on MSNBC that President Trump’s SCOTUS pick will “criminalize” women.

As per usual, this woman is a Professor.

Being a LUNATIC seems to be a prerequisite to professorship these days.

During a Wednesday MSNBC panel about who Trump will choose to replace Justice Anthony Kennedy, Roberts warned that any conservative judge will severely limit access to abortion and even jail women who have miscarriages or still births.

UH HUH.

Roberts complained that “black women, primarily” were prosecuted for using drugs during their pregnancies and added, “prosecutors [are] already putting women in jail for still births, for miscarriages, and for botched abortions.”

“It’s a very thin line between putting a woman in prison for a still birth or a miscarriage that she’s blamed for, for something she did during her pregnancy, and criminalizing abortions,” Roberts claimed. “So we’re already at that point, and I agree with Jennifer that women and others have to protest against this continued criminalization of women, harms to our health, and what I think is misogynistic laws against women.”

I don’t even get it.

Should we APPLAUD women who kill their babies through drug use during pregnancy?

What is she suggesting?

Does she not see the difference between a woman who has an abortion for natural causes and a woman who drowns her baby in crack? …orrrr?

She also complains about “parents” being incarcerated. You know. Just any parent. If you have a kid you shouldn’t go to jail.

She’s obviously very smart.
