Bernie Sanders Compares Climate Change To An Asteroid Hitting The Earth

And to think. Some people wanted this man to be the President of the United States.

Bernie Sanders is very worried about climate change, even though the climate is constantly changing. The left was forced to change the term after they realized science wasn’t backing up their constant cries about the planet heating up at warp speed. Polar ice caps started expanding, so that made things awkward. Before that, they were worried about the coming ice age. To avoid looking completely stupid again, they changed the term to “climate change.” Brilliant, right? It covers cooling, warming, and it’s not technically wrong. The climate constantly changes. That’s normal.

So climate change. Bernie Sanders just decided to compare it to an asteroid hitting the planet. Nah. He’s not fearmongering at all.

Seriously dude? A changing climate is a necessary function of the world. It happens. It’s supposed to happen. An asteroid hitting us? That’s something that’s NOT supposed to happen.

This comparison is so dumb, I can barely deal.

Anyone with more than seven functioning brain cells knows what the deal is. Like everything else, liberals use the “climate change crisis” as a way to scare people into voting for them. That’s all it’s about. I’m sure at some point we’ll find a letter– much like the memo written by former Clinton communications director Jennifer Palmieri– admitting that Democrats need to continue to push the phony climate change narrative for future electoral victories. They need to push the fake crisis. The future of their party’s power depends on it. That and, climate change legislation is a great way to manipulate the behavior of people. It’s a sneaky power play.

In reality, the climate has always changed. We had the Medieval Warm Period and Little Ice Age, just as two examples. Not to mention that we only have a limited amount of accurate data to go off on. You catch my drift.

Predicting the climate, one of the most complex systems on earth with thousands of inputs, many of which we don't understand, isn't an exact science, or anything close to it. Maybe it's just a tad arrogant to suggest that we can predict the weather in 60 YEARS!
