Michelle Obama Attempts To Comfort A ‘Frightened’ Ellen DeGeneres

As Kimber told you, Michelle Obama appeared on Ellen DeGeneres’ show. Yesterday, we saw a snippet of Michelle acting all snobby and confused by Melania Trump’s gift.

As it turns out, she’s full of BS. She did the same thing. Skip to the 1:15 mark.

Mhm.

It gets worse. At some point during the interview, Ellen asked Michelle how “frightened” Americans should deal, and Michelle offered these words of wisdom (if you can even call them that).

“People are afraid, but then there are people who feel good about the direction of the country,” she said. “So I mean, that’s what makes this country complicated because it’s made up of so many different people from different backgrounds. We are this mosh pit of society, and sometimes there is a rub. But the thing I learned in the eight years that I was in the White House is that what we do every day in our lives, the good things that we do every day — and we know we do it, we show empathy, we care for each other, you know, we do have a lot in common.”

I am so confused. What are you people afraid of? Please give me a detailed list. I really don’t understand.

“That’s what it means to lead with hope and not fear. And that’s all we have is hope,” she continued. “I would just encourage your viewers, the country, to do the things we do every day: to love each other, to take care of each other, to show empathy — and you can’t do that only when people make you feel good or safe. We’ve got to do it all across the board. We have to be an open-hearted nation, and that’s who we are.”

“So, let’s just keep living our lives like that every single day and forget what they’re saying in Washington,” she added. “That’s not necessarily who we are. We know who we are.”

No Michelle. I am that person. I’m a conservative who believes in God, family and country. I believe in personal responsibility and accountability. I believe in the rule of law. I believe we should respect our police and military. Nothing about that is scary.

Perhaps Ellen is confusing the United States with the incredibly peaceful country of Iran, where they literally throw gays off rooftops.

Easy mistake. NOT.
