Liberals (minus Elizabeth Warren) are dying for Oprah to run in 2020. They’re basing this off a speech she recently gave at the Golden Globes.
Here’s the video. I obviously don’t agree with the caption.
YALL WHEN IS @Oprah RUNNING FOR PRESIDENT?!! Can we please get rid of the big orange idiot and usher in a wave of change and progressive that can never be stopped! #Oprah2020

“…a wave of change and progressive that can never be stopped.” Now THAT is my nightmare.

Here’s another “sign” of Oprah considering a run. She met with a bunch of politically diverse individuals in Grand Rapids and spent three hours talking politics “over pizza and beer.”
Oprah Winfrey returned to Grand Rapids over the weekend to meet with 14 West Michigan residents she featured on her first “60 Minutes” segment in the fall.
Since that Sept. 24 episode aired, the group with disparate political views have remained in contact and found common ground.
Winfrey was so impressed she met with them for another interview on Saturday evening. They gathered on the second floor of the Mitten Brewing Co., where they spent about three hours, talking over pizza and beer.
Pizza and beer? She’s just like us.
The celebrity talk show host and actress wanted to find out if there was a lesson for the rest of the country.
“Oprah was in awe of how the group had come together,” said Kim Harris, one of the 14 people interviewed by Winfrey. “We represented West Michigan well and I’m glad of that.”
While Winfrey’s team had dubbed the group “The 14,” they gave themselves another moniker.
“We call ourselves ‘America’s Hope.’ We want to be the model to America and Congress. If we can come together, they can come together,” Harris said. “She loved that name. She said ‘that is nice.'”
In other words, Oprah met with “America’s Hope,” and it went well, which proves she is a master unifier and should be POTUS immediately. Duh.
This interview is expected to air some time in February. Is this a sign that she’s serious about 2020? And if she is, should we be worried? I go both ways. On one hand, she said old white people just need to die out already:
Oprah's solution to racism; Old white people "just have to die".

But on the other hand, this will probably be her platform:
Nothing resonates with the low-fos quite like “free stuff!”
The good news? Trump isn’t worried about Oprah 2020.
"I'll beat Oprah. Oprah would be a lot of fun," President Trump says of rumors Oprah will run for president in 2020. "I don't think she's going to run." pic.twitter.com/cBfEUB7lCe

I guess we’ll see what happens…
