Big Time Feminist Joy Behar Calls Megyn Kelly A ‘B*tch’

If you missed Megyn Kelly’s epic takedown of Jane Fonda, stop everything you’re doing and watch it immediately.

There are so many reactions. The left is incredibly offended and really mad at Kelly, but they never liked her to begin with anyway. Conservatives seem amused, but they don’t seem completely ready to take Kelly back either. She’s managed to tick off both sides.

I may not be her #1 fan, but I loooooooved watching her put Fonda back in her place. Fonda’s righteous indignation was too much.

I’ve  noticed Fonda’s supporters have no shortage of insults for Kelly, but they don’t ever address her specific claims. They can’t explain away the fact that Fonda treated our military like crap. She’s only apologetic because she has to be. Fonda did all of those things. She didn’t have some major change of heart. She still says she’s not proud of America.

Of course, the squawking ladies of “The View” were dying to talk about this. Basically, they couldn’t believe that Kelly brought the Vietnam War into a feud over plastic surgery.

“To drag the Vietnam War into a plastic surgery conversation is a real stretch Megyn, OK?” Joy Behar said.

Meghan McCain tried to add some balance but also said she didn’t get it either.

“I don’t like any of this in general, because when you’re revisiting things as serious as anti-war propaganda and people going over in such a context, it has nothing to do with plastic surgery and it’s much more serious than the issue at hand,” McCain said.

At one point, one of the ladies said she’s ever seen a journalist do anything like that before, and Joy was all, “Who’s a journalist?”

“The reason you don’t see it is because journalists are not supposed to be the story,” guest panelist Ann Curry said. “We’re supposed to be — and, I think it’s a struggle for everyone to be — but we’re supposed to be humble. We’re supposed to use whatever time we’re given to shone a light on other stories, I mean there are so many stories that we’re not covering, and to take time, with this … it’s not journalism.”

I’m sorry. I just can’t take these women talking about “honorable journalism” seriously. Holy mother of selective.

Joy– a champion of women everywhere– proceeded by calling Kelly a b*tch.

“Jane should have just said to her, ‘How much work have you had, b*tch?'”

Wow Joy! That is so SUPER FEMINIST of you to say!

She later apologized. But remember. Her initial reaction was to call Kelly a b*tch on live TV.

“I want to apologize to Megyn Kelly, I didn’t meant to call her a b*tch. I like her actually, I’ve met her at parties, I like her. She’s struggling for a persona, she doesn’t know who she is and that’s the problem,” she said.

I guess you’re both struggling, Joy. Kelly is “struggling for a persona,” and you’re struggling to not be a hypocritical hag.
