Alabama Senate GOP nominee Roy Moore has been accused of being a creepy, pervy weirdo. Moore allegedly initiated contact with teenaged women. One woman claims she had a sexual encounter with Moore when she was just 14. He was 32 at the time. The women say they were “flattered” at the time but found it more “troubling” as time went by. Everyone’s pretty creeped out by these chilling allegations.
“If these allegations are true, he must step aside,” Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell said.
Now, I totally agree that he should step down immediately if these allegations are, in fact, true. But that’s the question. Are they?
Moore contends they are unequivocally false.
“These allegations are completely false and are a desperate political attack by the National Democrat Party and the Washington Post on this campaign,” Moore said in his initial statement.
He also went off in a mini tweetstorm Thursday night.
The Obama-Clinton Machine’s liberal media lapdogs just launched the most vicious and nasty round of attacks against me I’ve EVER faced!
We are are in the midst of a spiritual battle with those who want to silence our message. (1/4) #ALSen

The forces of evil will lie, cheat, steal –– even inflict physical harm –– if they believe it will silence and shut up Christian conservatives like you and me. (2/4) #ALSen

I believe you and I have a duty to stand up and fight back against the forces of evil waging an all-out war on our conservative values!
Our nation is at a crossroads right now — both spiritually and politically. (3/4) #ALSen

One thing people are noticing: Moore didn’t explicitly deny the accusations in those tweets. I know he denied it in his official statement, but you’d think he’d do it again in the tweets. I don’t know. Just something people noticed.
30 sources. 4 women. On the record. None of whom knew one another. None of whom reached out to The Post to tell their story. https://t.co/t15cVPc1lK

No denial? Of course not. https://t.co/zr4Kczv4et

At no point does he outright deny the allegations https://t.co/HOGaEzj22T

I believe the women.

Interesting he never denies it.

You are a disgrace. A disgrace to the bench, a disgrace to conservatism, a disgrace to humanity, and above all — a disgrace as a representative of the Creator. https://t.co/zeiMavoxh1

What do you think? Is there something to this, or is it another Herman Cain-esque political hit job? Either way, #RoyMooreChildMolester is trending, and that’s not good.
Dear voters of Alabama:
That sick feeling you have in the pit of your stomach is your conscience. Don’t let depravity win.

Be a shame if the #RoyMooreChildMolester story turned out to be another false accusation after so many reporters have gone all in on it

I mean, democrat Anthony Weiner is literally in prison for sexting a child.

The same liberal media industrial complex that was caught just days ago deceptively doctoring a video & then told us President Trump tried to kill Japanese fish by over feeding them, is now telling us #RoyMooreChildMolester ? Sorry I don't believe you

Come on any sane Liberals, don't you find it a little odd that after the Tuesday election, the Resistance announces they are coming for Alabama, guns a blazing…then this comes out?🤔
