Someone Broke Into The Vegas Gunman’s Home

We still don’t have a clear motive for the Vegas massacre, but we’re slowly getting more information on the details of the case.

Earlier this week, authorities altered the timeline of the attack. In the initial timeline, police said Stephen Paddock shot Mandalay Bay security guard Jesus Campos in the leg after unleashing the massacre. They revised it and revealed that he was actually shot before. Paddock opened fire on the crowd six minutes later.

There are so many questions.

Then earlier, Kimber told you about the gunman’s autopsy results. As it turns out, he had a “normal brain.” As in, they haven’t spotted anything straight up “abnormal.”

Clearly, he had problems.

Now, there’s this.

According to that sourcelink, someone broke into Paddock’s Reno home over the weekend.

Officer Tim Broadway with the Reno Police Department said the suspect or suspects broke into the home through the front door over the weekend, noting he was not sure how exactly the suspects gained entry.

 

Reno officers arrived on scene and “immediately notified the FBI,” he said. Broadway said the department is working with the FBI to “make sure there are no further incidents.”

They don’t believe the suspect (or suspects) took anything.

Broadway said officers were not aware of anything that was taken or whether there were any damages. There are no suspects at this time.

How sketchy is that? I know it could totally just be some random sick freak who thought it’d be a good idea to break into a rich mass murderer’s home, but it also sparks that pesky question. Did Paddock truly act alone? Was this someone idiotically trying to cover their tracks? (Although I’ll admit, breaking into the main suspect’s home is a really stupid way to do that.)
