Remember Tim Marchman, the Deadspin editor who put on a phenomenal “tough guy” act after Ted Cruz owned Deadspin on Twitter? At the time, Marchman tweeted, “Amazing that low-testosterone Ted Cruz enthusiasts are comfortable haranguing @ashleyfeinberg but not me, Deadspin’s actual editor!” and “Ted Cruz is a pathetic asshole, his social media intern’s joke was basic, and complaints should go to marchman at deadspin dot com” and “Unsurprising that not one Ted Cruz-supporting cuck/Twitter user is willing to face me in the UFC octagon.”
I had to quote all of those tweets, because Marchman deleted them like a little pansy. Probably because former UFC fighter Tim Kennedy took him up on his offer. In fact, he and Glenn Beck offered to donate $50,000 (each) to charity if Marchman would fight Kennedy in the octagon. .
I’m your huckleberry. I also take note that you are a pathetic cyber bully. My email is [email protected] I’m available at your leisure. https://t.co/6AS3qAllXV

Still no word from Marchman. In fact, he’s deleted all but three tweets. This is one of them.
Hundreds of dudes who can’t do a pushup are tweeting at me but literally not even one has had the brass to send me an email.

Funny. Kennedy emailed him, yet no public word from the tough guy himself.
After an email with @timmarchman I offered the these fight options:
1. 1 arm tied behind my back.
2. I’m in a sumo suit.
3. 10-1 punch off. pic.twitter.com/2jQnfFYWlG— Tim Kennedy (@TimKennedyMMA) February 7, 2017
I am 100% not joking. I’m good for any option. @timmarchman it’s all for a good cause. Standing behind the words we say… or delete. pic.twitter.com/xMyo6g8mBG

I will fly @timmarchman first class from his office at @Deadspin to the venue of our charity fight. Put him up in the nicest Hotel here.

I will double any money @timmarchman personally donates to our charity contest. I’m a man that actually does what he says. #honor #respect

He’s relentless. He’s not letting Marchman live this down, and I love it.
It’s kinda sad though, isn’t it? Kennedy offered to fight him with one arm tied behind his back. Or in a sumo suit. Or in a 10-1 punch off. Still, nothing.
Maybe Marchman’s busy working on all those pushups.
