Holy Crap

A clever and competent reader sent us this video, which features Lord Christopher Monckton, who you may recall us talking about before. This is a speech Lord Monckton gave a couple of weeks ago, to an American audience.

Lord Monckton was the Science Advisor to PM Margaret Thatcher, and has been a long time critic of Al Gore’s global warming hysteria. He successfully sued to have An Inconvenient Truth BLOCKED from being shown in British schools until 9 fallacies in it were addressed and corrected. He now travels the globe to inform people about the myths that Gore and other wackjobs keep trying to perpetuate.

In this video, Monckton warns the audience (and us!) that Obama intends to sign the Copenhagen Treaty this December, WITHOUT seeking congressional approval, which Monckton states will impose global tax on the US in the interest of a “World Government” to be administered by the UN.

This clause establishes the Constitution, Federal Statutes, and U.S. TREATIES as the supreme law of the land. Concerns have been raised in the past that a particularly ambitious treaty may supersede the US Constitution. In the 1950s, a constitutional amendment, known as the Bricker Amendment, was proposed in response to such fears, but it failed to pass.”

I don’t know about you all, but this whole thing creeps me out.
