May 5, 2018George HW Bush was rushed to critical care shortly after Barbara’s funeral. He contracted some sort of infection that spread to his blood.

It’s scary. After all, he’s 93 and just lost his wife of 73 years. Of course, everyone’s worried about how he’ll hold up without her.
That being said, we’ve got a good update. He’s been released from the hospital and is doing well!
President @GeorgeHWBush was discharged from @MethodistHosp after treatment for an infection. His doctors report he is doing well and is happy to return home.
