Egypt Performing Anal Exams On Men To Root Out Homosexuals

This is a thing that is Actually Happening. 

Authorities in Egypt are “cracking down” on gay people because of a rainbow flag that was raised at a recent concert, according to human rights activists.  And when I say “cracking down” I mean they’re arresting people and probing them anally to determine whether or not they’ve had gay sex. FOR REAL.In just the past several weeks, over 30 people have been arrested for suspected gayness.

According to Amnesty.org,

“In a matter of days the Egyptian security forces have rounded up dozens of people and carried out five anal examinations signalling a sharp escalation in the authorities’ efforts to persecute and intimidate members of the LGBTI community following the rainbow flag incident,” said Najia Bounaim, North Africa Campaigns Director at Amnesty International.  “Forced anal examinations are tantamount to torture – there is no scientific basis for such tests and they cannot be justified under any circumstances.

 

“The scale of the latest arrests highlights how dangerously entrenched homophobia is within the country. Instead of stepping up arrests and carrying out anal examinations, the authorities must urgently halt this ruthless crackdown and release all those arrested immediately and unconditionally.”

16 men went on trial this past Sunday after being charged with “promoting sexual deviancy and debauchery,” and a verdict in their cases is expected later this month.  One dude has already been sentenced to SIX YEARS IN PRISON over similar charges, because even though homosexuality isn’t necessarily against the law in Egypt, it’s obviously something that is not tolerated and is considered incredibly taboo, what with the anal probing and arrests over “debauchery” and whatnot.

Meanwhile,  Lena Dunham is upset over private conversations she eavesdrops on in airports sounding “transphobic.”

I’m so sick of feminist lunatics crying about not having free tampons and demanding to be called zhe and insisting they’re pansexual or polyfurry or crystalamory or whatever new word they’ve made up today, when in countries that aren’t as awesome as America, people are getting anally probed to make sure they’re not having gay sex.
