Well, this should be interesting.
Megyn Kelly’s show premieres Sunday, and yes. She scored an interview with Russian President Vladimir Putin.
Just learned this morning Vladimir Putin will sit down one-on-one with me tomorrow after the forum. Exclusive interview Sunday 7/6c on NBC pic.twitter.com/a4NydtzcSc

Like her or not, you have to admit. That’s a big deal for a journalist. I’m actually looking forward to it.
As it turns out, Putin isn’t the only controversial character Kelly will be grilling. She’s actually traveling to Texas next week to interview Infowars host Alex Jones.
“She’s coming to town next week,” Jones told former Donald Trump adviser Roger Stone on Jones’ YouTube show.
“It’s taped,” Jones said on Thursday. “They’re going to be able to edit however they want. The producer was so over-the-top fake nice . . . Megyn’s like, ‘We’re going to get dinner — a nice big steak!’ I said, ‘Megyn, you don’t like me, stop acting like it.’ And she said, ‘I do.’ ”
I’m really looking forward to that one too. You know Kelly’s going to ask him to elaborate on the whole, “playing a character” defense he used in his custody battle.
“He’s playing a character. He is a performance artist,” his lawyer said at the time.
Even though Jones has addressed that already, I’m sure it will come up again.
Jones said he knows the entire interview is a trap, but he can’t turn it down because he doesn’t want to be a wimp.
The conspiracy theorist — who also talked about something called the “Z-Shield,” a “game-changing toxic metal and chemical-defense support formula” — said that NBC “will act like they’re your friend and every time screw you over . . . I know I am walking into a trap.” NBC declined to comment.
Should be interesting…
