#HoldACokeWithYourBoobsChallenge Is Fake, But Who Cares! They’re Doing It Anyway!

C’mon society!

According to that sourcelink, another super cool challenge was issued. Except not really. See, the #HoldACokeWithYourBoobsChallenge was started by “adult entertainment” scout Danny Frost and model Gemma Jaxx, because OF COURSE. The idea was to snap a photo of a coke between your boobs. And somehow, this was supposed to raise money/awareness for breast cancer.

Except this whole thing was a joke aimed to mock the other “challenges” that people so quickly take on. Like the Ice Bucket Challenge. (Although that challenge was kind of a mixed bag. Some people did it and donated money. Others were a bunch of kids who just wanted "likes" on Facebook. But whatevs.)

And let’s not forget the Kylie Jenner Lip Challenge. (Although that was never a money-raising thing. But it was still stupid.)

Anyway, the Breast Cancer Research Foundation said they’ve received no money from this “challenge,” and that’s when others started to realize that it was a joke. However, Frost now says women should take on the challenge, because it could possibly save some women. Who knows. They may feel a lump in their breast while stuffing a coke in their cleavage.  

“OK once again just for all of our nay sayers and hatters [sic]. When we started #HoldACokeWithYourBoobsChallenge, we did it as a joke… We never thought it would take off like it did. But it did,” Frost wrote on Facebook.

“And then people started posting it was for charity and it was for breast cancer awareness. We had never plan on that nor thought of it. But since that's what people want to do it for, we said why not do something good with this. So we went with it.”

Critics of the fake challenge say it tries to make breast cancer “sexy.” Others say it’s demeaning to breast cancer survivors.

What do you think? Personally, I don’t see how stuffing a coke in between my boobs and posting it on Instagram does anything for the cause.

I just don’t understand society. Stuffing soft drinks in your cleavage and snapping a photo isn’t going to cure anything. It seems like more of an excuse to show the world the girls.  But “for a good cause.”

Yeah, right.
