Candace Owens Begins MSNBC Interview by TORCHING Network to Host’s Face, And She Was Only Getting Started

When Candace Owens ventures into the lion’s den, appearing on MSNBC, you know that interesting is going to happen and she didn’t disappoint, when they pitted her against contributor Michael Eric Dyson.

From Biz Pac Review:

Owens came out of the gate firing, taking exception to MSNBC “always” pairing her up against African-Americans, saying that she doesn’t like “tearing apart the black community for the sake of television.”

The debate was intended to be about President Donald Trump, of course, and whether he is “embracing” racial division in the country — that Owens is black and supports the president being a walking and talking contradiction to that claim.

“Every time I’m invited onto this network I’m being asked to dispute another black person,” Owens told host Ari Melber. “The black community is broken up in general and I don’t want to partake in any of that.”

Owens then went on to say that the bloody shootings in Chicago, with over 70 people being shot and more than 10 were killed, is a much more important issue than old 18-year-old videos of Donald Trump, which is what MSNBC wanted to discuss.

Dyson, on the other hand, had no compunctions against laying into Owens, claiming that Trump had “radically emboldened the prospects of bigotry in this country” and had a “vicious animus” toward minorities.

“If we’re gonna be honest about Donald Trump, he has not helped black people,” the Georgetown professor proclaimed. “He has not enabled African-American people to move forward. He’s riding an a crest and a wave of economic prosperity put in place by his predecessor, Barack Obama.”

After two full minutes of uninterrupted Trump hate and manufactured abuses against the black community from the president, which included Dyson insisting we should be concerned about “violence that we see directed to our black people in this nation,” Owens had heard enough.

Owens shot back noting that she was black too and had just been harassed in Philadelphia by white liberal activists, that basically liberal media ignored it and didn’t care.

“I’m a black conservative, and I am not hearing anything that is said about the fact that about 25 white Democrats assembled to kick me out of a restaurant yesterday,” she said. “To throw water and to throw eggs at me because I am a conservative that supports Donald Trump.”

She called the hypocrite out for saying nothing when she was attacked.

“How is it plausible, professor, that you allow this to happen to your community because you decided that because we’re ideological conservatives, you are okay with this.”

Then Owens got down to why those on the left are so upset with her and with other black conservatives.

“Black support for Donald Trump has doubled since this time last year,” she said. “You guys can try to pretend that he is pushing in a racist era in this country when in fact we know the Democrats are the racists — have always been the racists!”

The host, Ari Melber, tried to stop her, saying she was going off the topic which was supposed to be Trump but Owens persisted, calling it “Democrat policy- Maxine Waters. When you see them in restaurants, go up to them.”

That finally forced Dyson to concede that the attack on Owens and Turning Point head Charlie Kirk was “reprehensible.”

Trump has been absolutely off the charts amazing with helping the black community , thats why people like Charles Evers (Civil Rights icon Medgar Evers brother) is 100% supportive of Trump . He said in only a year and a half Trump has done more good for the inner city communities than democrats have done over the last 30 years . Democrats as expected REFUSE to allow Trump to offer… Read more »
