Department of Homeland Security Considers Pro-Life Mothers “Radicalization Suspects”

Hey, readers! Are you a mom? Are you pro-life?

Well then, congratulations, because you are a radical extremist according to the Department of Homeland Security! Yaaaayyyy!!

Actually, you’ve been considered a “radicalization suspect” for almost as long as Joe Biden has been president. According to documents obtained by a conservative watchdog group, DHS is keeping an extra close eye on anarchists (hello), gamers, animal rights activists, Christian moms, people who volunteer with disadvantaged youth. . . The list goes on and on and on. (But they’re all white.)

This is according to a series of training exercises designed to address threats of extremism. Each one includes a profile of a person, their escalating problematicism, and options for the trainees to address it. People like divorced moms who volunteer with disadvantaged children who start to think the government isn’t helping, or teenage boys who play violent video games. You know, the real threats to our nation.

And just in case you’re worried I’m misrepresenting, let me tell you about the associations they make with these run-of-the-mill Americans. Please enjoy this DIRECT QUOTE from a script for training purposes because coffee just about came out of my nose: “. . . along with stock footage that you would associate with a suburban dad, lawn mower, lazy boy [sic], etc.”

LAWN MOWERS. NAME BRAND RECLINERS. THESE ARE THE PEOPLE IN CHARGE OF DECIDING WHETHER OR NOT YOU ARE A TERRORIST.

You wanna guess what they associate with suburban moms? You wanna guess???

MINI VANS.

DHS Is so worried about radicalization but this kind of BS is the most radicalizing sh*t I’ve seen on the internet today. (To be fair, though, it’s still pretty early.)

In a comment to the New York Post, a DHS spokesperson said, “The documents referenced in the blog post were not produced for or by anyone working for the Biden-Harris Administration. They were created by a contractor during the previous Administration exploring options for a training product that was not further produced, approved, or used by DHS. DHS did not renew the contract with that contractor.”

Mmm nice try. Show me the brief the subcontractor was fulfilling, DHS. It’s not like this content is that far removed– or at all removed– from your other messaging.

If anything, though, let this be galvanizing. The federal government is going to brand you a terrorist no matter what, so you might as well be loud and proud.

TO BE CLEAR, I don’t mean committing acts of violence. You see that, NSA/DHS/FBI/CIA?? NOT inciting violence. Don’t be violent, guys. Oops– sorry. Don’t be violent, folks. That was gendered language and an act of violence. Ugh. No wonder they think we’re all terrorists.
