Norwegian Woman Faces Prison For Tweets Challenging Whether “Males Can Be Lesbians”

Back in January 2021, Norway added “gender identity” to their hate crime laws, which critics warned “would result in persecution of women for stating biological facts.” And that’s exactly what is happening for Christina Ellingsen, a representative for the feminist organization Women’s Declaration International, the very critics who warned that this would happen. She is now under criminal investigation following several tweets in response to a trans activist and biological male who identifies as a lesbian woman and mother, Christine Marie Jentoft.

Ellingsen’s tweets specifically questioned why Jentoft’s organization Foreningen FRI, or the Norwegian Organization for Sexual and Gender Diversity (previously known as The National Association for Lesbian and Gay Liberation), would promote the idea that men can be lesbian women.

“Why [does] FRI teach young people that males can be lesbians? Isn’t that conversion therapy?”

“Jentoft, who is male and an advisor in FRI, presents himself as a lesbian – that’s how bonkers the organization which supposedly works to protect young lesbians’ interests is. How does it help young lesbians when males claim to be lesbian, too?”

Ellingsen was recently accused of harassing Jentoft following a national television appearance where she addressed Jentoft, saying,

“You are a man. You cannot be a mother. To normalize the idea that men can be mothers is a defined form of discrimination against women.”

Jentoft has similarly faced backlash for a 2018 tweet addressing “queer kids of all ages” and stating, “I am actually a certified mother. So if you ever need a real motherly hug, I will be happy to oblige!”

If Ellingsen is found guilty of the hate crime charges, she could face up to three years in prison, all for stating biological and scientific facts that men are not and cannot be women, mothers, or lesbians. Here are Christina Ellingsen’s comments on the investigation.

Tucker Carlson interviewed Christina Ellingsen to discuss how her situation exemplifies the attack not only on women, but also on speech.

This makes me think about an elementary/middle school classmate “Jim”. “Jim” has done all the surgeries and is now “Allie”. Allie has a girlfriend. Does this make “Jim” straight or “Allie” a lesbian? It is all so confusing

Idiocracy was not supposed to be used as a guide for countries to follow. The big question is, will we recognize when we hit peak insanity and will we be able to recover, or we destined to be Idiocracy?
