In case y’all didn’t know, we have a store on a platform called Spreadshirt. It’s just a place where Mock and I sell shirts and other things with our branding and other conservative stuff on it. I run it, and I design most of the stuff in there, and in the past few years, I’ve been able to see what gets “accepted” and “rejected.” Which is interesting, to say the least.
What gets “rejected” by the Spreadshirt Gods? For starters, anything that has to do with Second Amendment/2A. We had the cutest 2A shirts in our store for about two weeks, and for some reason, they just disappeared. Neat, huh?
And then there was this:
See that design? Pretty simple, standard, harmless stuff, right? Well, look at the label below it that says “Rejected.” Yup. Spreadshirt is super irritated with the FIRST Amendment, too – you know, like a lot of liberals. Free speech (and apparently the Constitution) is, like, super scaaary.
Now, I absolutely WELCOME suggestions for (conservative) storefronts, but before you tell me to switch to so-and-so for a products vendor, it needs to be someone who allows us to do minimal work on the backend. Because one, Mock and I both have four jobs between the two of us and we don’t have time to run an actual store. I just have time to add things to it and have someone do the work for me. Simultaneously, I’m pretty sick of these anti-American jackwads who have a complete disregard for our country, its history and the principles on which it was founded. I’d love to work with (and give our hard-earned $$ to) an Actual Conservative company. Because these people are making money off us. Meanwhile, they hate what America stands for, and consequently, what we stand for.
So I’ll look forward to your comments/suggestions below.
On a positive note, if you haven’t heard the story of Let’s Go Brandon, well, you may be living under a rock. The phenomenon has inspired a new song, apparently. Because that’s how these things work, y’all. I’m sure that Brandon kid is nice, but bless that reporter’s heart.
Mock and I aren’t always about the trends, but this one? Oh, hell yes. We’ve put some nifty items in our COTR store if y’all are so inclined:
I’ll be watching to see how long they allow us to keep these up. And very excited to see what conservatives we’re going to be working with in the future.
Because I’ve about had it with all the freaking commies.
